Monthly HOA Dues.  Cleaning Fee per week-stayed ($125 or $135).  Yearly Property Taxes are around $30-60.  Since the HOA Dues include everything (utilities, internet, furniture, TV/cable, appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, building insurance, building maintenance, property management, and Community Club access), just bring your bag and relax!

There are 6 units, 2 on each floor (north and south units), with 2 BD, 2 BA, Rear Decks overlooking the Ocean, Stainless Steel Appliances, classic Wood Ceilings, and Fireplaces.  The 3rd floor features vaulted ceilings.  Sleeps up to 6 people.  No pets allowed.  Can trade on RCI.
