INDEPENDENCE DAY on the BEACH
 
July 4th fell on a Tuesday and of course the town was packed.  It was a beautiful day.  The nighttime brought tons of firework displays.  See my video and pictures on my web site at www.OceanShoresInfo.com/pics/july4th2017.html.  
 
 
FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP'S SAND and SAWDUST FESTIVAL ~ JUNE 2017

FLAG DAY PARADE ~ JUNE 2017

KITE FESTIVAL ~ JUNE 2017

GRAYS HARBOR EXPO ~ MAY 2017

2nd-Quarter/1st-Half 2017 MARKET ACTIVITY/UPDATE
(April 1st - June 30th and January 1st - June 30th)
 
We are having the best year so far compared to the past few years.  Here are some very positive numbers:
  • # of Sold Properties and the Median Sales Price went up.
  • Total # of Listings is down.
 
The numbers below show that Ocean Shores is still one of the leaders for affordability, availability and productivity (# of properties and volume closed) compared to the other beach towns along the Washington Coast.  Ocean Shores also offers a lot more availability and affordability for building lots too.
