INDEPENDENCE DAY on the BEACH

FIVE STAR DEALERSHIPS SAND and SAWDUST FESTIVAL ~ JUNE 2015

FLAG DAY PARADE ~ JUNE 2015

KITE FESTIVAL ~ JUNE 2015

GRAYS HARBOR EXPO ~ MAY 2015

The numbers below show that Ocean Shores is still one of the leaders for affordability, availability and productivity (# of properties and volume closed) compared to the other beach towns along the Washington Coast.  Ocean Shores also offers a lot more availability and affordability for building lots.
